Joining without welding
Which solution fits?
Four facts you read or measure on the line – pipe type, outside diameter, what is broken or should become, and what flows through the pipe. The tool lays them over our solution data and names what meets all four conditions: series, manufacturer, service limits, lasting or short-term, from stock or to order.
- Inputs

- Basis
- daten/gebo-loesungen.csv and gebo-einsatzgrenzen.csv – manufacturer data Gebo and GF
- Stage
- Stage 1: filter over pipe type, range, problem, medium; no pressure/temperature calculation beyond the manufacturer values

How to read the output
Every result line says why it fits: the pipe type matches the series, the measured outside diameter lies within the range of the series, the problem belongs to the tasks the manufacturer intends it for, and for the medium the catalogue names a limit. That limit stands next to it – max. °C and max. bar – together with the duration (lasting, short-term) and the availability. If no line appears, no solution meets all four conditions: then the inquiry helps – or another joining technique.

What the tool cannot do
The tool replaces neither installation instructions nor an approval check. It does not know whether your pipe is round, clean and sound, whether the line is plastered in or whether the network operator prescribes a design. It calculates no pressures beyond the manufacturer values and knows no media outside the catalogue list. For gas: outside buildings it shows the approved series, inside only HTB – and the work belongs to the licensed installer (rule of thumb FR-19).

Rules of thumb: Measure the outside diameter, do not guess the nominal size · A repair clamp is a repair, not a new build · Gas only with the version approved for it
Frequently asked questions
What if I cannot measure the outside diameter?
Then the pipe type helps: threaded pipe has standardised outside diameters per inch size (1/2 inch = 21.3 mm), copper and multilayer pipe carry the dimension in the print. Without a dimension the tool shows the whole range of the pipe type – the inquiry clarifies the rest.
Why does no solution appear for gas inside buildings?
Because only the HTB series are approved for it; they stand in the data layer as “available on request” and appear when pipe type steel and medium “gas inside buildings” are selected.
Does the tool name prices?
No – availability from stock or to order, no quantities, no prices. Both come with the quotation.
